La Escuela Comunitaria del Bronx (ECB) was founded on the belief that each child deserves access to the best practices in early childhood education. We know that all children are capable and curious learners; and it is up to us, as nurturing adults in our community, to co-create the space for them to thrive.
ECB is a community-based, dual language private school dedicated to collaborating with the Bronx community to create a welcoming space for young children ages 2-5 to learn, play, and develop their own sense of self. Our educational approach cultivates a hands-on, child-driven learning process that is supported by trained teachers within an immersive dual language environment. We are a family-based program that nurtures the whole child, the whole family, and the whole community. Because we believe in equitable access to quality education, the program at ECB is both tuition-free and all-day.
